“Where Did The Time Go?”

Have you ever watched a movie, committed to viewing it to the end, and later regretted it? Have you then thought that was a complete waste of 2 hrs of my life that I will never get back?

Allow me to preface something, I love movies. I am a huge “movie buff”.  I enjoy the mental entertainment of a good as well as a complex movie may provide. However, I also realize, as we all need too, that time is precious. Once it elapses, we cannot get it back, and we certainly cannot buy more time. It is priceless. Therefore may I make a recommendation as I try to implement myself. Take a few moments reading the about, look at the which actors are in them, review a few of the consumer, as well as critic, reviews. It may take 10 minutes. However, investing 10 minutes, to not lose 2 hours, is a worthy investment. Also keep in mind, as I try to, garbage in, becomes garbage out. If “you are what you eat into your body“, you may also quickly become what you put into your thoughts, and minds by what you have a tendency of making a habit of viewing.

Don’t believe me? You don’t have too, but it still doesn’t make me proven wrong. I know a bit about the subject, being involved and certified in mental health improvement. Look at what the 24/7 news media is doing and tending to make many Americans feel, possibly think, and believe.
