Some things I do that improve my days, & over time improve my life that I would like to share with you:
1.) Rise early to seize the day for me time while realizing each new day is a gift from God.
2.) Have some Daily Word, Prayer & Inspirational music time
3.) Exercise, whether it is my scheduled muscle group for progressive overload in the gym that day, or cardio day, or a simple 1 to 3 mile brisk walk.
4.) Provide someone with a genuine & authentic compliment
6.) Call, or visit, a loved one to check in with them and tell them how important they are to me
7.) Count daily blessings, even write them down/post them up, and thank God for them
8.) Read, research, and play with my toys or enjoy my hobby like riding my motorcycle, riding my bicycle, writing, visiting a park, exploring remote areas of quaint/dive restaurants, videography/photographer, blogging, podcasting, youtubing,
9.) Set a new goal and/or measure the progression of a current goal
10.) Drink plenty of water, eat healthy & try to get adequate rest
